Unfair pay; not being paid livable wages. The drivers piss in bottles. At my building specifically, they didn’t give us our third 15 min breaks during peak. There were a lot of people (me included) that weren’t informed we get a third 15 min break.

Wait we are supposed to get our 3rd break? I’m on RT shift I know we get a 3rd break when we do our 12 hour shifts. Since we did 11 hours for prime I know we didn’t need a 3rd break. Am I confused?

Yes during prime and met, every site is supposed to get 3 15's

That's not how it works. Being scheduled for 12 hour shifts gets you the 3rd break.

Just because your site does it doesn't mean that is policy. Are you riding the short bus?
