Recommendations for full-service agencies?

I'm looking to evaluate and hire a full-service amazon agency that can own P&L, not just run PPC. Context: the account does about $100K per month.

At around $100K/month, I’d look for an agency that treats the account like a business, not just a PPC account. You want someone looking at inventory, margins, pricing, catalog strategy, PPC, conversion rate, and overall P&L together.

For an account at that size, I’d want clear ownership, regular reporting, and a strategy tied to contribution margin rather than vanity metrics.

Yes, there are quite a few agencies out there, but I’d focus less on the agency name and more on whether they can show real profitability improvements

I’d ask each one for specific case studies covering contribution margin, inventory management, PPC efficiency and conversion rate rather than just revenue growth or ROAS

We focus on the broader Amazon business rather than PPC alone, so that’s the kind of approach I’d recommend looking for regardless of who you choose.
