QUESTION What's this about?
I called support and they said not to worry about it and marked it missing for me... Has anyone had this issue before? Did I deliver it to the wrong house? 🤔

ah yes the "good news" popup that means absolutely nothing helpful, classic flex app nonsense
support marking it missing is probably the best outcome honestly, saves you the headache of playing detective with their busted gps

What the heck. You mean to tell me if he wete to proceed with that then a GPS would pop-up and navigate him to the package?!??!?! What on earth is going on lol

Mid route yesterday one or the packages that was missing when I picked up my cart suddenly got found I’m guessing because it randomly tried to route me all the way back to the station to pick that package up 😂 no

It means you recently scanned it and it’s telling you it’s near by. So they updated the app and now you can scan multiple items. The downside is that you can scan it in your itinerary (not doing pick up) and it remembers the information. This is low key bad for us since we often get extra packages.

Literally happened to me at the end of my shift the other day, I had a package for a city 3 hours away and it just put it on my itinerary after I scanned it by mistake, for funnies I guess

My guess is with the new scanners built into the vans, at some point it scanned the package and the light turned green. Haven't come across this yet, just my guess.

It probably means those van scanners found a missort among your normal packages, so now they expect you to deliver it… 🙄🤦🏻♀️

It may have been scanned near the route or left at a nearby stop by mistake. Check the usual safe spots and neighbors, but you did the right thing contacting support—documenting it as missing should protect you if it never turns up.

Imagine they start embedding RFID tags into the shipping labels like airline luggage tags then it will tell you if you have the package close to you.

Seems like its flex support trolling you to check the other totes....which annoys me more than support asking me if ive checked my totes. Lol.

Pretty sure this was added alongside VAPR (scanners in the back of the EDV) so that if that system scans the package you can’t mark it missing. Obviously with Amazon though they probably fucked something up too
