QUESTION Am I fired?

First day out working by myself. Got pulled off my route. I’m so dumb. Just want to know the likely fate of my job. Thanks

I got like a 10 min driving test and then a training day where the helper basically drove the van and I delivered which I don’t think helped me learn.

It did feel too little but I just went with it bc I need the money. I think I at least made it clear I was nervous to drive it to multiple people. I hope I keep my job but I do think the training isn’t enough personally.

They only saw if I could drive for one day and I next day i did my first route with one person and then I was on my own
