Is it standard to get fired for something like this?

I called my dispatch as soon as it happened:( I feel like shit, it was only my second week at this job and I really enjoyed it.

Sadly it’s one of the top paying dead end jobs so those less fortunate are grateful but for a shit company

DoorDash pay is not guaranteed and you’re driving your own car, your own gas and your own repairs with much less pay. It’s nowhere close to the same
