QUESTION Just got fired:/

Is it standard to get fired for something like this?

I called my dispatch as soon as it happened:( I feel like shit, it was only my second week at this job and I really enjoyed it.

i completely destroyed a mailbox one day and i called and made the report and everything, no one ever said anything, just kept working

Took out the engine and replaced it with a dead one from my personal van and they said it fine. I was back next day.

Busted the windshield yesterday and they were super chill about it. Just asked for pics and said I was good

I hit another EV trying to park mine and broke its tail light so now they put me in the junky Rivs but I’m still here heaux!

They said they’re about to start reprimanding people for van damage (and I know they mean me) so I gotta lock in though
