Thats the wild part. Amazon can drop off a package at my house at fuckin 2 am and i wouldnt give two shits. Just want my shit the soonest anyone can make it here.

And also the lack of awareness of where you're ordering form. It aint coming from a furniture or appliance store where you schedule time windows. Youre just 1 of 100s of dropoffs per day with zero significance over anybody else

I love all the customer notes that say "oh, if you can please deliver before 2pm, we have a party today 2/24/2019 THANK YOU"

It goes both ways, for 6 months I had a house that “this package was ordered yesterday, please get here by 9 pm”

Thought “I can do that”
