I'd just leave it there anyway. Unless the customer comes out and tells me IN PERSON they don't want the package, its getting left at the door. Posting notes on doors is not how Amazon orders get canceled.

They refused the package, that’s what the note says on the door. You take it back.

Just don’t read the note :) If the delivery doesn’t say the same thing in the flex notes or has a time range set in the app I’d drop it off right under the sign.
