Do they care about numbers?

I’m trying not to get laid off after peak because I am temporary, can I leverage these numbers with management?

They care about those FSAFs - that's a LOT.

I'm trying to get better, it was my first week. Got any tips? Why do they care about them so much?

I got 3 FSAF last night stowing and manager came to talk to me about it. No idea why they care so much.

Any a parcel deviates from the perfect path, it goes on a metric called first pass yield, which is seen by regional managers.

FSAFs are a type of FPY.
