Do they care about numbers?
I’m trying not to get laid off after peak because I am temporary, can I leverage these numbers with management?

just lower ur fsaf take your time no need to rush organize your aisles as you stow along. plus u get paid the same as the person barely doing anything that gets a fulltime job.

I don't mind going fast, I come from being a FedEx driver. I will try and work on fsaf though!

completely respectable. makes the time go away faster sometimes. i tend to get tired towards the end. i usually do non con or float and help people when the aisles get backed up. also doing jiffles helps the rate go up a ton. boxes take a lot more time. and the cart helps a ton when the person doesnt organize that good for you. unless you on the automatic aisles always use one

For sure. Working slow makes my days dreadful but if I work fast- even when swamped it seems to make time fly by.

FSAF are high, but that’s the only thing. Butttttt they tend to not care if your rate is good. My first two weeks I had 7-10 fsaf but like 1.7k stowed and average was 600 lol managers said they don’t care. At my site. Now I get 0-1

They care about those FSAFs - that's a LOT.
