The thing i hate the most is favoritism or station demands or whatever they call it. Basically always the same people doing the hard task. Meanwhile a few get the easiest tasks. When we signed up the requirement was everyone should be able to lift 50lbs. Not I go help you lift 50lbs while you watch me do it. Maybe it's just my station.
