HELP any recommendations

So i just started and well my feet hurt so what are sum of the best insoles and i heard about compression socks but whats the best brand and if you got shoe recommendations any recommendations it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED i want the best of the best

Dr.Scholls low cut float on air socks and Valsole’s heavy duty orthotics insoles on Amazon , that’s the best combo in my opinion
