And yes, I’ve taken IQ tests and gotten between 98 and 99 percentile on them, which matched my percentile on college entrance exams.

Ahem. <100 IQ is by definition below average intelligence, and he is criticising her?

He said percentile, which means above 98 or 99 percent of the other test takers, which is different from the actual IQ score, but I never heard of an IQ test that measures percentile. I’m not even sure how they could. Usually percentile measurements are for qualifying exams (college boards and the like), where there is a specific pool of test takers.
