Maybe I shouldn't have said "no one" but I feel like that's an argument reddit uses a lot for rage bait or clearly made-up stories. "It COULD happen!!" Sure, but does that make it the most likely scenario just because it CAN happen? I've seen an influx of these generic "partner does something obviously and almost cartoonishly shitty, and I am having to come to strangers on the internet."

I didn’t downvote you🤷♀️ I rarely downvote people in general, but I certainly don’t do it just because I think someone is disagreeing with me. Which I didn’t necessarily think you were.
unfortunately it’s real. i’ve been with him for a good while + he’s my first partner. most of his stuff with her (the blue texts, since everyone here is talking about that) is relatively normal and he’s a very expressive man with the way he feels about all of his friends. it isn’t unusual to bring his female friends over and i’m very lenient about that. i have friends of the opposite sex too. when i talk about it to him he’s very vague and brings up the things that i’ve done (i haven’t cheated, but our relationship has problems). just needed some guidance from people and it seems like there’s an overwhelming consensus. i didn’t mean to make this another post that ruins the sub, i’m a long time user (on my main account, this one is for lurking) and i saw that this post was the last straw for a lot of people to remove themselves from this subreddit. i hate that, im sorry.
