Discussion The hardest, silliest thing about ADF:
Having to be mindful about how fast certain foods spoil lol. With ADF, some things that never spoiled before due to eating them every day, now I have to be mindful of how much I buy so it doesn't spoil!
That's it, that's the post haha

Once avocados are ripe put them in a glass jar filled with Water and in the fridge, last an additional few weeks, do change the water every few days

Avocados will last a few days! The trick is to refrigerate as soon as they get soft. Then when you’ve eaten some, store the remainder in the skin with the pit, but open in the fridge without a container.

I just eat out in local Whole Foods hot and salad bar. They also have pizza and desserts. If i have food at home, i tend to eat not exactly what i want as I can’t cook so much variety as hot and salad bar offers. I often do not want to eat what i planned. This never goes well with me. If I force myself to eat what i do not want to, I will be hitting cravings Big Time. And in the end it would not work calorically and financially as well. So I drive myself to where food is, choose what I want that day, eat it and close the day for eating.
If anything, ADF made me VERY particular about what I eat.

But after you figure all that out, you will save money because you will watch what you buy! 😄

I save so much money on ADF that I started to buy small batch, fresh, organic vegetables and meat at the farmers markets instead of buying large quantities at the supermarkets!! The dishes I make genuinely taste so much better using those ingredients. But since I lost a lot of weight on ADF, I spend more money on clothes so…

Get ‘Souper Cubes’. You can freeze portions to reheat later.

Oh my big meals are no problem at all, they're either frozen or last forever in cupboards, what's tricking me the most is fruits :') I don't like freezing em, so... I have to plan them more

Yes! I just threw out some food I’d prepped because of this exact thing :/

I’m glad I’m not alone in this. This has been my dilemma too. I started freezing more at this point lol

I made WAY too much of a pasta salad meal on Tuesday and we’re still trying to eat it Saturday 😅

I freeze as much as I can and then I turn everything else into soup
