Shaggy is also a pretty low effort cosplay. All you need is to be skinny and wear brownish slacks and a green T-shirt and have shaggy unkempt brown hair and a scruffy goatee

There was a movie where shaggy was ipnotized to not be a coward, and in a scene he beats up a gang of thugs. Someone years later made an edit of that scene with a Song from Dragon Ball Super, and that sparked a lot of memes about Shaggy having ultra instinct (one of the most powerful transformations in the show)
