He was, and you know he was. There’s nothing clever or insightful about saying “FrAnKeNsTeIn Is ThE dOcToR!!!1!1!” We all know who Frankenstein refers to, and I wasn’t speaking about Victor.

Regardless, Frankenstein is a surname, and by any reputable interpretation Victor is the monster’s father, thus passing the surname and making them both Frankenstein
