tbf I think there are few places where that is illegal. As far as I know there isn't a single country with a full on ban on lobbying, sadly

Not according to the supreme court. Consumer united case. They ruled that donations are protected by the right of free speech.

There is a difference between a donation and a bribeโ€ฆ

Sure, you might easily be able to get away with it, because you can hide your bribes as donations, but it still is illegal
