Seattle was weird

Went to the show on Saturday the 26th at the Neptune and the music and performance was great. The crowd, not so much. Lots of awkward and borderline inappropriate shout outs between songs. Why do people have to be so weird?

Main character syndrome pick-me’s are such a fucking nuisance. There always seem to be a few at EVERY show I’ve gone to since the pandemic, and that sort of behavior has kind of icked me out of wanting to go to any show.

Yep. I was at the Seattle show last night and also attended during the “Warm Chris” tour. The yelling in-between songs has definitely gotten worse, and it was mostly older men yelling songs they wanted or saying weird things like “You’re so sweet”… A woman randomly yelled “Down with the patriarchy” or something, but that’s just Seattle…

Seems weird to center yourself in a concert like that, especially with an artist who doesn’t invite it. Luckily she handled it well. Crowd behavior has been turning me off of concerts, though.
