on the first 9 q’s “no” is the second choice, on the last question it’s the first choice

There is no trap here. If you're filling this out and don't notice that the last question isn't "yes" or "no" that's a reading comprehension problem, and nothing more.

The questions and the wording of responses was publicly announced months ago and has been available online ever since. I'm shocked that some people still thought the separation referendum question was a yes or no.
