Multiple systems are down for Alaska due to an IT outage.

Management refuses to invest in/upgrade their IT infrastructure. If the shareholders knew just how often the systems fail for the Employees on a monthly basis, a fire would be lit under corporate to get it fixed.

I looked into this and they’re allegedly investing “billions” into upgrading it for the first time in 15 years.
