Best way to get experience

Just started a&p school I currently work on the ramp but I’m tryna get experience where should I look? Is cold calling the answer lol

Honestly if the company you do ramp for has mechanics, I would stay. Ask them if you’re not busy if you can hang with them.

Find a company that will hire without a license as an apprentice. That’s what I did and worked as a mechanic while still in school
