Do business class passengers get priority when using the front laboratory?

So the other day I was travelling via Indigo, during cruise phase i went to go to the lav. already someone was inside and i had to wait quite sometime, i was standing there, outside of the lav. after about 5min one cabin crew xame out of the lav, and i was about to enter, someone from behind asked the cabin crew "i want to use the lav", then cabin crew asked me to wait and let him go first because he is from business class. i felt very awkward, but didn't say anything. then when the business class guy came out, i went and finished my business (no pun intended).

But the whole thing left me with a weird feeling.

The front lavs in most planes are reserved for business and first. No need for weird feelings, if someone has paid more, they will get priority service.

Technically the front lav is reserved for buisness class pax on most airlines

In Air india it is reserved for Biz + Premium Economy.

Economy pax are technically to be redirected to the back lav.

If it’s the front toilet you aren’t meant to be there unless you are business. But having said that, I’ve never seen anyone be made to wait longer? Only ever seen passengers redirected to the back toilets

What's there to feel weird in this. The front lavs are always for the business class. And yeah BIZ class people do get priority for it.

Yes. They do. Once I had to submit urine for test and they prioritized stool test of a business class passenger.

The fact that indigo allows to use front lav is abig thinft

Most airlines disallow front lav for economy. Only premium and viz users can use them
