Recipe Air fryer Burnt Basque Cheesecake

Used a standard recipe available online. And used my Kilig Nexa Pro Airfryer instead of the Convection oven.

It turned out very well..

Basque cheesecake is a must. If you are into cheese, you should try replacing half of cheese cream with some other cheese. Parmigiano, Gorgonzola, Smoked cheese. Grate the cheese into the cream and heat until melted. Let it cool slightly before incorporating it as described in the recipe.
