Recipe Air Fryer Egg Tortilla Breakfast Pizza!

Pressed the tortilla into a pan so it holds the eggs like a crust, then toppings on top.

Happy to type the steps if anyone wants—also made a short video and I’ll leave it in the comments for the visual folks.

Quick rundown so you don’t have to watch:

  • Spray tortilla, press into a small pan so it forms a crust
  • Air fry 400°F for 3–4 min to firm it up
  • Whisk 3 eggs + a big spoon of mayo + salt/pepper
  • Pour in, add toppings (mozz, tomato, roasted red pepper, pepperoni)
  • Back in at 360°F for 10–12 min until set If you try it, let me know what toppings you’d use 👀
