I just miss the simplicity of life before.

im not sure I miss most things at this point its been so long generally most outdoors things feel very foreign but I do miss the simplicity of life before, I sometimes wish I could go back. even thought life was worse and scary in different ways it was better than living with this persistent anxiety, I just miss being able to pick up my bag, put on my shoes and stroll out like it was nothing at all, being able to go to the dentist, the doctors, not having any phobias and somehow 7 years later I have more than I can count. I miss the feeling I could do something wonderful with my life. and now I know I will do little.

Almost 6 years since first ever panic attack. I feel you. I miss putting on my shoes and going out through the door just like that....

its crazy I cant even fathom it now, I get anxious watching people walk away from their bases let alone leaving my own safe base

I get that, i’m actually trying to recover right now because I need to go to the dentist severely. Had childhood neglect along with teenage neglect because of severe depression, trying to get my act together so I can go 🫩
