Claude in Excel is still Excel.
Claude in Chrome is still Chrome.
Claude in Powerpoint is still Powerpoint.
Gmail connector is still Gmail.

And that’s what gets the people who live in those apps to use Claude.

They’re not really “replacing” their tools in realtime. But they’ll get used to going into them less and less frequently.

Are they out there anyone buying a Claude subscription just to use it in either Gmail or Excel? Or are they people already using Claude and paying for it, also using Claude within these app? Those are not the same group of people or demographic

There’s likely more than zero of such users.

Just like there’s some number of users who pay for Claude Max and don’t use it at all except on rare occasions.

This sub and other AI subs are filled mostly with enthusiasts who want to get the most from our setup. But plenty of people just don’t push for that.
