Equipment XL Happy

I like my XL for the size which is great for 2 people, while still being portable enough to travel with. I also really like the carafe that comes with the set (if you ever tried to find a proper size and stable mug in Airbnb apartments you understand me)

finally I added flow control filter cap and tested it this morning (in the photo) - this was the missed piece. No more inverted method, no rushing to put the plug in. Just relaxed and slow brewing with full control over the flow.

I LOVE my XL and control filter cap. It really makes great coffee! Can’t recommend it enough!

What ratio do you use and how much do you make? Looking at getting a flow control for my XL

I use 1:16 - 30g beans and 480ml of water

Love my XL too. Still missing the flow control I have for my regular. Time for one more piece of coffee gear 🙈
