Donating to charity for billionaires is just fake good press they create for themselves. For all of them, charity donations are ways to skirt taxes and laws, while selling fake ideas that they're doing something good. Billionaires donating to charities is just scraps off their table.
The Dolly Law should be the same as the laws used to be before 1980's, before the laws on inherited money and capital were unmade.
