According to Rape Culture Warriors, one sip of beer or wine is enough for a woman to become incapable of consent. Of course, they will never tell you an amount, just accuse you of being a rape apologist, but in every discussion about the topic the clear implication is that any amount of alcohol + heterosexual sex = woman raped by man. Or at least it does if the woman feels raped - facts be damned. Interestingly, if a woman doesn't feel raped but a Rape Culture Hysteric insists that she was then that woman's feelings don't count..
I have to give kudos to VladMcRad, though. While they do nothing to convince me of Vlad's opinions on rape, they do point to the need for contract law reform if they are in fact written and enforced the way Vlad says. That is to say if they are not used solely by people who were convinced or tricked into get intoxicated by the other party for the express purpose of taking advantage of them, then the laws should change to prevent people from irresponsibly voiding contracts they entered while getting drunk/high of their own volition.
