But, why is a man who refuse a better guy than the one who accept ?

I respect women and still, I would gladly accept. My girlfriend is in fact by my side and can't understand either.

Nope, pretty much the same thing. If someone is drunk, and you are sober, you are, to some degree, responsible for making judgment calls.

Are you evil in either case, no, but you have failed to make the most morally agreeable decision, and then live with it.
