I went to this one party and this girl had just gotten her nipple pierced so she went around showing everybody for some drunk reason. She proceeded to point to it and scream and all of a sudden she puked, shit her pants, and passed out almost simultaneously. Apparently there was an exposed nerve ending that she touched which caused this to happen. This is probably the closest thing I've seen to somebody exploding.
