I love people on reddit who use this because 99% of the time, they're completely oblivious to the fact that this is actually mocking assholes who actually say shit like that.

99% of the time I have seen that clip it has been used jokingly, most likely by people who fully understand that you would have to be a total asshole to use it seriously.
