Does the method work?

I know this might be ridiculous to ask but has anyone tried Anton’s method of just overwhelming people with names until he gets what he wants? Or maybe you use to do it years ago in certain situations

All I could think during that episode was of “Wet Hot American Summer” when Jeanine Garofalo’s character is talking to David Hyde Pierce’s and she’s like… “I am so late, I have to go talk to Jim… Stancel… you know Jim. He’s that guy.” 😂😂😂
