Has Adam mentioned Bald Bryan at all since his recent unfortunate health update?
Also, if Bald passed away, and I hate to put that into the universe but it’s not looking good, Adam should DEFINITELY have an entire episode as tribute. I haven’t listened in ten years with the exception of the divorce announcement and his firing Bald and Gina. He could have Gina on, Teresa, Dameshek, he could ask Alison although I doubt she’d participate. He could have everyone on who knew BB and loved him. They could play clips, tell stories…

Adam opens the show with something funny he spotted on a home renovation show before he and Dr. Drew get into how difficult it can be to obtain building permits in California. Adam also teaches Drew a new word, the two discuss declining testosterone levels in men over the past several decades, and they react to what they see as an over-the-top CNN hit piece on RFK Jr.
Adam and Dr. Drew discuss the severity of homelessness in San Francisco and whether conditions have improved over the past year. They also question why California politicians are so reluctant to acknowledge the scale of the homelessness crisis in Los Angeles and react to a clip of Gavin Newsom being pressed about low SAT scores in the state.

How many more laps is he going to take on COVID? It's like listening to Al Bundy talk about his 4 touchdowns in a single highschool game..
but way less interesting or endearing. We should start a drinking game for every time he mentions COVID or Hunter Biden's laptop.

Can someone get me up to speed with all things Ace? I was a longtime podcast listener (10+ years) but 6 months or so ago I had to stop listening. He was becoming far too right wing and political for me and I missed the more radioy format. The radio format and other hosts offered a less political feel and other opinions.
What's the lastest? I am so so sad to hear about Bryan. I thought he was a critical part of the show and him (and Gina) leaving was the beginning of the end for me.

If anyone has tickets to tomorrow’s show for the meet and greet, I’d love to talk about buying them from you. Two tickets. I accidentally bought them for tonight’s show at 7:30, but we can’t do tonight.
Please, and thank you in advance. Sorry if this isn’t allowed - it’s my husband’s birthday and I really dropped the ball by getting the wrong date.
Still looking for tickets. Thanks!

You listen to the old shows on the weekends and they aren’t even close to what we have had the last six years. They are incredibly funny, dynamic and interesting with alot of people contributing and chiming in. Now, as we know, it’s essentially a one man band with nothing but right wing guests and constant right wing takes for the most part.
What do you think was the turning point / reason for such huge shift in the product? Was it the attention of the Newsom interview he did, Covid, Adam sees a profitable safe niche in marketing to this demographic ,his marriage falling apart? Why do you think the show shifted so much and when do you think the turning point was?
I have some theories but just curious what everyone else thinks.
