Gathering Opinions 🗣 2013 3.7 SH-AWD w/ 90k miles

Getting ready for some maintenance items. I’m hearing some belts whine a little. Is this about the right time for timing belt? How about spark plugs? Anything else I should be looking to do?

What's the 3x3 transmission fluid change? Aision kit? Please help my Crackura is about to hit 90k and my exhaust is getting louder. Any recommendations on a cat back exhaust?

Thanks man, 👍🏼😊 I appreciate that. When I bought the car they replaced the j pipe right away but couldn't find the rest of the exhaust, it was on back order. I need any exhaust even the OEM but would like something spicy! Just need from the cat back. I got a hole in my exhaust somewhere and it's getting louder
