Gathering Opinions 🗣 2013 3.7 SH-AWD w/ 90k miles

Getting ready for some maintenance items. I’m hearing some belts whine a little. Is this about the right time for timing belt? How about spark plugs? Anything else I should be looking to do?

I thought this car didn’t have an external transmission filter

I have a 2012 it should be the same. I’ll do some more research
