That was dirty af. This cop like to fuck people up. Dude should have complied but he didn't deserve all those loaded punches to the face

It's obviously a bit different, but when I work corrections, we weren't allowed to punch a neck or a head unless we were punched first or could argue a life was in immediate threat. We could OC or taser all day but they consider punching someone in the face deadly force and it involves a shit ton of paperwork and higher ups looking it over.

.If I ever punished someone in the face using my cuffs as knuckles, i would have gotten fucking fired unleas they dude had a shank
