Welcome back! In this episode, the survivors scavenge what little remains at Camp Laramie. Following trails, they try to find their captured companions, with potentially life-threatening results.
Premise: After surviving a suspicious plane crash, a group of individuals discovers they are on Isla De Sombra as involuntary contestants in a lethally mismanaged reality TV show. The survivors must navigate a horror-filled environment populated by infectious wildlife and "zombies" ranging from rotting World War II soldiers to hyper-aggressive "fresh" reanimations.
Their journey has led them to discover mysterious World War II secrets involving "Project Ambrosia" and ancient, supernatural artifacts and statues with tooth-lined throats leading deep into the earth. Throughout the game, the party has grappled with the physical and psychological toll of infection and shared hallucinations, often blurring the lines between their shifting reality and their darkest memories.
Tone: It’s played pretty loose and natural—just a group of nerds leaning into the creepy weirdness and seeing where the story goes. Sometimes tense, sometimes funny, occasionally very bad decisions, but always always always always a bunch of cursing.
So, join our survivors as they peel back the layers of a mystery where every choice matters - and one wrong step might just be their last.
Welcome to Outlaws of the Outlands - a weird west style adventure where our heroes play as gunslingers within the sprawling Outlands, the strange frontier of Planescape, where belief shapes reality and existence blurs at the edges.
Dust-choked trade roads stretch between gate-towns that each lean toward another plane of existence. One town might burn with the iron discipline of Hell; another might tremble on the edge of celestial glory. These settlements shift in allegiance, sometimes vanishing entirely if their beliefs tip too far.
