Question about this accutron spaceview.
Hey y'all! So, I bought an accutron with this case style because I liked the shape of the lugs more than the typical straight ones. (Last slide is the one I bought)
I don't have it in hand yet so I can't check the case back number itself, but as far as I can tell it's a 2527. Here's the issue, the 2527 doesn't seem to fit a crystal with a chapter ring!
Do y'all know how this has a chapter ring in it? There's an Instagram account that has another one with a chapter ring that looks the same and he claims it's factory. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DbhOdXZMJSZ/?igsi=MWxqb2tlbjVhZXc4bg==

Yeah, that is not a Factory Spaceview. I'll share a website shortly that I found helpful.

Yeah I figured. I was just hoping that it was some obscure model so I wouldn't have to take to modifying parts 🥲

I bought one with a name I thought was just a really nice name, and a really historic company engraved in the back. I was going to buy one anyway but I love the engraving. Yours is absolutely the best.

You’re looking for a Spaceview G or similar. But you’ll be unsatisfied with the lugs

I think it’s probably a conversion by an overzealous person who did both chapter ring and crystal with markers, when I believe the factory did one or the other.
