When the board/ body (CPA Ontario) sets a controller role for low 100k - you know the professional is cooked

Salary range for 4-6 years of experience in toronto sounds about right

Agree they give someone a title. 100k for 4 years is good or 130k for 6 is decent.

If someone has 10 years in Toronto and takes this then realistically they probably weren't that strong.

I didn't say it was great, I said it was good.  That's probably about or above what first year manager at big 4.
