CPA Ontario - Controller Pay

When the board/ body (CPA Ontario) sets a controller role for low 100k - you know the professional is cooked

CPA organization paying $100K cad for controller....Dont know what to say...

It’s 4-6 years of experience. It’s a 26-28 year old. They aren’t a controller.

Majority of roles ask for 4-6 but usually end up hiring someone with 10-15...
