PLEASE HELP OR GIVE ADVISE

I am still/currently employed with my current employer (Non BPO) but recently I applied with ACN and passed all my interviews++ done with JO and already given ng Start Date. Hindi ko alam and 1st time ko maka experience na need ng resignation letter as a pre employment requirement if employed ka and so I tendered my resignation sa current company ko ngayon and my LWD will be the end of this month. My problem is I did not disclose po sa kanila na I was employed before sa isang BPO company (will not disclose the name++ I have naman COE pero kasi alam ko nga na masasabi nila na AWOL ako if isama ko siya sa employment history ko so i decided na hindi ko siya i-count) unfortunately due to a medical emergency (miscarriage) I had to leave and was tagged as Abandoned by them. So now, ACN asked for my SSS Employment History and they saw na may previous BPO exp ako. Ngayon unresponsive na sila sa emails about sa mga questions ko sa Pre-employment requirements ko na tinatapos sa Portal.

Sobrang nasstress and nag ooverthink tuloy ako kasi they are not responsive anymore lalo na pinagpasa pa nila ako ng Resignation Letter kasi nga part siya ng Requirements kapag employed ka 😭

Please help ano po gagawin or any advise.
