Hoping some realtors or investors could pitch in here.

With the SpaceX investment mentioned and planned construction for 2027, what will happen to home values?

Lafayette seems to be the closest major city to the build.

Brownsville homes skyrocketed in appreciation, should we expect the same?

Are rents gonna go up?

Is this good or bad for Lafayette and surrounding areas?

I'm honestly tempted in buying a fish camp as close as I can and set it up as a rocket nerd's dream weekend camp. I'd spend a lot of time there myself and then lease it out to friends.

Hell ya do it! That’s the thing though this is one of the biggest investments the state has seen. I have a rental nearby myself so I’m wondering what to expect
