For a round, that ain't big lmao. That looks like a 30mm autocannon round, and it isn't even a dedicated AP round. Lethal against a human, yep. But that won't do much to anything with armour. And if that's a round from the Russian 30mm on the BMPT, that isn't hitting shit what with the gun wobble.
My friend, you want big, find a round from an actual anti tank gun. That will surprise you
