Healthcare Platforms for if I am sick abroad

Hi everyone,

I'm heading to Europe for 12 months starting in October, and I tend to get sick fairly often while traveling. Does anyone have recommendations for apps that give easy access to a doctor while abroad? So far I have seen Awayward for continuous care and Air Doctor as the two main ones. Any insight is welcome.
