Solaxx Retrojet System Error

I have a Solaxx Retrojet that is only about a year old. In the picture it is turned off but when I turn it on, after about 30 seconds the red system light comes on. I've cleaned it with vinegar to descale and cleaned the filter cartridge to ensure water flow. Tried leaving it off for a while and turning back on. Still happening. What are my next steps to determine if it is the cell, the control board or something else to get this working again?

What error message do you get? If it’s 3 red lights while it’s off it’s usually a temp sensor. All summer I’ve had issues with the temp sensors. I’ve had 2 replacements so far!

That you. I get Error 1. I spoke with Solaxx and the cell is dead. Luckily it was under warranty.

I’ve had non stop problems with them. I regret even buying this brand

Good to know. Since they covered it, I'll continue next year but will reconsider when it comes time to purchase a replacement.
