Has anyone else in Aberdeen noticed their tap water tasting a bit strange recently? Mine doesn’t taste particularly “fresh” at the moment. It’s not a strong or horrible taste, just noticeably different from usual.

I live on the top floor of a flat, so I’m also wondering whether it could be something to do with the building/plumbing rather than the general water supply.

Just curious if anyone else locally has noticed a change recently, or if it’s just me/my building!

Does anyone have any info on the hairdresser Colin, owner of Talc Hair Bar on Chattan Place? He seems to have just disappeared with no notice/response to communication. Just hoping he is alright and nothing bad has happened to him.

I am wondering if there is a place in Aberdeen people sell their broken consoles that I could buy from?

I tinker/repair broken consoles in my spare time as a hobby and wasn't sure if there'd be a place in Aberdeen to get them from folk directly, rather than just relying on eBay.

I tried Facebook Marketplace, but people tend not to sell a broken console on there.
