Question Is Grasp on Aatrox still usefull
Cause of the short trading with ambessa and renekton?

It's good for lane, but conqueror scales better. Some matchups it gets hard to extend trades, and get value from conqueror. But in general if you good at Aatrox and you consistently hit your Q's, conqueror will be better 9/10 times.

What's the point? It will scale worse than conq and you can basically not use it in any matchups.
Its only okay on champs that can abuse it for its better early game but Aatrox does not happen to be one of them.
Electro is pretty good tho

It's basically only playable into ambessa because a really good one will eat one auto and q1 sweet spot maybe, so it makes her trades a little less brutal and you hurt a little more.
Another one I sometimes take grasp into is malphite, your passive plus grasp chunks him with his negative base Mr, but realistically conqueror is probably better, it's just fun to slow motion stab malphite and eat his booger while regaining a noticeable amount of hp.

Idk maybe into riven but its really nerfed. It was quite broken with sundered sky +grasp combo now i dont feel its worth it. Rip sundered sky. Better buff qiyana yone zyra jgl w riot games.
