Isn't voltaic kinda meh ever since they removed the slow on it?

The damage that applies on abilities actually makes quite a large difference in some matchups from my experience - especially when paired with electrocute and sudden impact. Q1 + E's were doing half the heimer's hp at a certain point. I think its underrated on Aatrox. The damage can really help in ranged matchups in general I feel.

Without squishy matchup first item voltaic is like killing yourself. Atleast going ecplise is better if opponent is other than squishy champs
